MODELS WANTED

Ages: Infant and up

Sizes: Industry and Plus

Location: Atlanta, GA (or willing to travel here for in-person calls, rehearsal, and show)

Model Registration for Strands, A Fashion Fiber Showcase held on Sunday, March 18, 2018, from 3 pm to 6 pm at the Southwest Arts Center in Atlanta, GA.  Registration deadline is January 15, 2018.

Strands will feature designers who will showcase their handmade crochet and knit fashions and accessories. The purpose of this show is to expose our art form to a wider audience and get people interested in wearing and purchasing crochet and knit fashion and accessories.

In-person model calls will be held in January and February at the Southwest Arts Center. Only models who have registered here will be selected for the in-person model calls.

Each designer will have 5-6 minutes to showcase their line (minimum of 5 pieces, maximum of 15).

This event will include a fashion show, lunch buffet, pop-up boutique, and entertainment.

Models are asked to “sell” 5 free tickets and to help promote by sharing posts related to the event, designers, vendors, and other models. (Free tickets are used for entry to the boutique, fashion show tickets are $10). There is no fee for the models to participate.
